A recent poll commissioned by Children’s Health Defense reveals significant public distrust in U.S. health agencies, with 36% of respondents expressing little to no trust in the CDC and FDA, while only 59% reported some level of trust. Conducted by Zogby Strategies, the survey highlights that 41% of voters believe the government mishandled the COVID-19 pandemic, and only 13% feel it was handled effectively. Additionally, the poll indicates that fewer than half of the participants support government vaccine mandates, with a notable opposition among those aged 45 to 64. A majority (57%) believe vaccine manufacturers should lose their legal immunity and be held accountable for any injuries caused by vaccines. These findings underscore a growing skepticism towards public health institutions and a demand for greater transparency and accountability in health policy decisions.
